1. Services Provided
Lake County Paving provides professional paving, asphalt installation, sealcoating, repairs, and related services. All services are subject to availability, site conditions, weather, and material supply.
Any estimates provided are non-binding until confirmed in writing and may change due to unforeseen site conditions or customer-requested modifications.
2. Estimates & Pricing
Estimates are based on visual inspections and information provided at the time.
Final pricing may change if conditions differ from what was originally observed.
Written approval is required before work begins.
Additional work requested after a project starts may result in additional charges.
3. Payments & Billing
Payment terms are outlined on invoices or written agreements.
Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise stated in writing.
Late or unpaid balances may be subject to collection efforts, liens, or legal action as permitted by Florida law.
The customer agrees to cover reasonable collection costs, including attorney’s fees, if applicable.
4. Scheduling & Weather Conditions
Project scheduling is dependent on weather, temperature, and material availability. We reserve the right to reschedule work due to unfavorable conditions to ensure quality and safety.
5. Customer Responsibilities
The customer agrees to:
Provide clear access to the work area
Remove vehicles, equipment, and obstacles before work begins
Disclose underground utilities, drainage issues, or known site hazards
Lake County Paving is not responsible for delays or damage caused by undisclosed conditions.
6. Warranty Disclaimer
Unless stated otherwise in writing:
All services are provided “as is”
No warranties are made regarding longevity, color retention, cracking, or wear caused by weather, traffic, ground movement, or misuse
Sealcoating is a maintenance service, not a permanent repair
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lake County Paving shall not be liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of use, profits, or business
Damage caused by pre-existing conditions or customer negligence
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services rendered.
8. Website Use & Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, logos, images, and designs, is the property of Lake County Paving and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
Unauthorized use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages.
